Interhost Terms of Service
Intersanity Interhost is a WordPress multi-site platform provided by Intersanity Enterprises to support both Intersanity and Melissa Lew web development client sites. It can be used either as a testing environment for sites that are in-development, or as a ‘permanent home’ if hosting is included in your contract.
Technical support and other services will be provided based on the content of your contract with either Intersanity Enterprises or Melissa Lew.
For security reasons, Intersanity will apply WordPress updates and plugin updates as soon as possible after their release, particularly when those updates include security fixes. There is a possibility that this will result in incompatibilities and other issues from time-to-time, which we will attempt to remedy as soon as they are brought to our attention. You are responsible for re-configuring plugins if updates require it, unless this service is to be provided by Intersanity or Melissa Lew under your individual contract.
Upon termination of your contract, an archive of your site will be maintained for thirty days and then will be deleted, unless this deletion policy is superseded by your individual contract.
Intersanity Enterprises operates in Loudoun County, Virginia, and any disputes will be adjudicated in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Loudoun County. Any content posted in violation of Virginia or United States law may be removed without notice or reported to the appropriate authorities.
Any information relating to your use of this service will be kept confidential by Intersanity Enterprises, unless the release or dissemination of information is required by law or by a valid and properly-executed court order issued by a court with jurisdiction in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Your content is yours, unless otherwise stated in your contract. If you terminate your Interhost hosting, we will make every reasonable effort to provide you with a complete, usable export of your data that can be moved to any other WordPress or compatible service.
